Shipping and Returns



Orders under $15 ship for just $3.

All products are shipped via USPS from Massachusetts with delivery confirmation either First Class or Priority Mail. Orders less than 16oz are shipped First Class and orders 16oz and greater are shipped Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. FOR ORDERS IN THE EASTON, MA AREA THAT ARE BEING PICKED UP, USE COUPON CODE "PICKUP" AND WE WILL MANUALLY ISSUE A 10% CREDIT TO YOU.

We ship orders 24-48 hours after we receive them. (Orders paid by PayPal e-check will be mailed once the payment clears. This generally takes 5 days.) All products are handmade and hand poured in small batches. Some products need to set for a day or two after being made.

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We can only ship orders that weigh less than 4 lbs. The USPS prices to Canada have risen so dramatically. We apologize for the very high rates we have to charge. In many cases the actual rates are even higher than we charge. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase.
The price for Canadian shipping is as follows:

- orders up to $20.00 $10.95 USD
- $20.01 to $49.99      $15.95 USD
- $50.00 to $69.99       $21.95 USD
- $70.00 to $99.99       $25.95 USD
- $100.00 to $125.00   $32.95 USD

If the actual shipping charge and fees are substantially less than charged, we may offer a refund of the overage. 

Returns and replacements

Our products are carefully packed, but we realize that damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. Please save all of your shipping materials so they can be submitted to USPS for a damage assessment. If your product was sent in error or incorrectly please email for a return authorization number.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. We ask you to please order trial sizes to see how your skin reacts before committing to a full sized product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.  We are a small family-owned business and this allows us to continue to offer our products at an affordable rate.

If a package is refused and sent back to us unopened and in good condition, we will refund the order less the actual cost to ship your order.  Please email us if the order was refused.

Please email us with any questions before ordering.  This is especially important if you have sensitive skin.  If ordering the Deodorant for the first time, we recommend ordering the trial size to make sure your skin will not react to baking soda.  Thanks!

I got a message saying my order was delivered but I don't see it.

We are seeing this happening more and more with US deliveries.  It appears that some post offices mark packages as delivered when they are received at the local post office.  This can be 1-2 days before they are actually delivered.  If this happens to you, please wait a day then contact us at
