Shipping policy

Delivery Note: Changes currently being made to USPS are causing longer transit times and disruptions. Thank you for your patience.

We currently ship to the US and Canada through our online ordering system.  If you would like a shipping quote to your country, please email your order and address to us support@begreenbathandbody.com.  We will charge the actual shipping amount.  Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

UNITED STATES:

  • ORDERS OF $30+ SHIP FOR FREE!
  • Shipping for US orders under $30 is just $3.
  • All order qualifying for free shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from Massachusetts with delivery confirmation. 
  • You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee of $6 to $9.95, depending on the order. Please note that USPS Priority Mail estimates are 2-3 days but USPS no longer guarantees a delivery time.   
  • We also offer UPS shipping at actual rates.  These will be displayed during checkout under "shipping".
  • FOR ORDERS IN THE EASTON, MA AREA THAT ARE BEING PICKED UP, USE COUPON CODE "PICKUP" AND WE WILL MANUALLY ISSUE A 10% CREDIT TO YOU.


We ship orders 24-48 hours after we receive them. (Orders paid by PayPal e-check will be mailed once the payment clears. This generally takes 5 days.) All products are handmade and hand poured in small batches. Some products need to set for a day or two after being made.
 

CANADA:

  • We charge the actual discounted rates provided by Shopify as of March 5, 2026. 
  • You may select to have your order shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  •  Shipping prices do NOT include GST, PST or QST.
  • Customs fees and brokerage fees are not included by UPS or FedEx and will be collected before delivery by the carrier. 
  • Sadly, orders for our Canadian friends are now subject to the tariffs put in place by the current administration.  We are so sorry and do not support this.  

Was your package was scanned as delivered but it still hasn’t arrived?

Here are a few steps we suggest you take. 

  • Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.
  • Give it a little more time. (See delivery note at top of page.) Sometimes a shipping courier scans something as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In most cases, it can take 1-2 business days for your shipment to appear.
  • Check with neighbors, housemates, areas near your mailbox, and/or mailroom, in case your package was received elsewhere.
  • Check your USPS tracking link for a notice of an attempted delivery. This notice will have instructions on the next steps you should take.
  • Contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.
  • We can file a claim for you after 21 days.
