Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. This is due to our being a small family-owned business and the nature of skincare items.  We recommend that you order trial sizes to see how your skin reacts before committing to a full sized product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please email us with any questions before ordering. 

If you have an issue with one of the products after using it, please do contact us at support@begreenbathandbody.com.  We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and will do all we can to make you satisfied.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all of your shipping materials so they can be submitted to USPS or UPS for a damage assessment. The shipping materials are required to be available to submit a claim to either USPS or UPS.  Also, USPS and UPS require pictures of the damaged contents and shipping boxes.  These may be sent to support@begreenbathandbody.com. If your product was sent in error or incorrectly please email support@begreenbathandbody.com for a return authorization number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We permit exchanges if you purchased the wrong scent of soap or shower gel accidentally.  The order can be either refused or sent back to us at your cost.  Once we receive the return item and verify that it is unused and in good condition, we will reship the exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange or defective item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@begreenbathandbody.com.

If a package is refused and sent back to us unopened and in good condition, we will refund the order less the actual cost we incurrred to ship your order.  Please email us if the order was refused. support@begreenbathandbody.com
