This lotion is basically great, but I would love it if it was a little thicker and less greasy. Perhaps it's difficult to accomplish this and still remain as chemical-free as this lotion is, and if so, I'll take chemical-free over consistency. As it stands I can use this on my back and feet, but I don't find it ideal for hands or face. Additionally, I would love to see a pump on the bottle. I happened to have a pump from another lotion bottle that fit, and it's much more user-friendly to apply that way (see photo attached).
Thank you so much for your detailed review. It is true the lotion is different from a conventional one as it is more than 60% oils and butters compared to about 10%. That being said, I value your feedback and plan to test the lotion with the addition of some arrowroot powder to see if that helps the feel. The reason why we don't sell the lotion with pumps is mainly due to the cost ($1 per piece) and the additional plastic that it would require. We may think about offering pumps as an additional option. I'm so glad you had one to use with it. May I suggest for a hand cream that you try our Shea Butter Hand Cream. It has a very different texture and when using just a tiny amount, you will not find it greasy. Thank you again!
The Unscented Body Lotion has NO SCENT and relieves my dry, itchy skin. My skin feels silky soft, hydrated, and wonderful after I use it! Getting the last 25% of the lotion out of the long bottle can be challenging, so I bought 8-inch long, thick cotton swabs made for dog's ears. Now I don't waste a drop of my favorite lotion!

Perfect product in everyway. Very hydrating, left my skin soothed and nourished. You only need a little bit. It is non-comedogenic and good for sensitive skin. Love, love, love this lotion! It has natural, skin-loving ingredients and makes my skin feel so soft and supple. It’s also the only lotion I’ve been able to find that I can use on my body and face. I just mix a little organic aloe vera gel when I apply it to my face. I honestly don’t want to use any other lotion. This is it for me!

The Citrus Body Lotion has a very light scent. The lotion feels soothing after I apply it. Dry patches on my back have healed and are no longer itchy. Since I don't use perfume, I apply the Citrus Body Lotion on my arms and wrists for a lovely, natural scent.

I like this lotion as it is approved by the HealthyLiving app. It spreads well and protects my skin. The only downside is that the bottle is rigid, so it's hard to squeeze out the lotion.

Seems to work well, but the bottle is so hard, it’s hard to squeeze!

We have experimented with other bottles such as aluminum but the lotion is so thick that it doesn't work well with a pump top. We have also tried HDPE plastic that is softer but it is not available in amber to protect the product from possible light damage. I have been looking for a new lotion for a while and so far I really like this one. My main issue is i have gone through 3 bottles now and they have all been different. First bottle was very thick consistency and made my skin so soft and hydrated, second bottle was super thin and made my skin feel tight and dry, 3rd bottle so far seems to be similar to the first one but not as moisturizing. Not sure what to think but I
will keep using for now.

We apologize for the inconsistency you have experienced with the different bottles. Our lotion is made by hand in small batches every 2-3 weeks. The recipe has not changed or the suppliers. However, the consistency can by affected by the humidity and/or temperature at the time of production. The biggest change is most likely due to the shipping conditions. In warmer weather or if the bottle was exposed to higher temperatures in transit, it may thin out some. Please know that even if it feels differently, your skin is getting the same moisturizing ingredients. Thank you for choosing our product.

Would give 5 stars, though lotion is difficult to extract from bottle. Have to take cap off, the lotion is too thick to pass through the opening in the cap.
Thank you for your review and for choosing our product. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting our Body Lotion out of the bottle. It the colder months, the lotion does become thicker. This is due to the coconut oil becoming solid. If you leave it in a warm location that is 70-75 degrees, it should soften up. I hope you find it easier to use now that it is warmer. Also, I believe that we may have a sample pump in the office that we could send next time. (Just let us know.). In addition, the pumps may also be available at large online retailers. The cap size is called 24/410.
Love the lack of **** chemicals in it. Negative is that it is very thick and does not spread easily, which kind of forces me to use more than I want. The non toxic nature keeps me using it.

This goes on smoother when applied to damp skin, like after the shower. It is very moisturizing but does not feel heavy. I appreciate the clean ingredients. I only wish I could order large refills. I am happy with this lotion and will be ordering more.
