After following the suggestions provided to me in March, I have come to love this product! I had to learn to only use a very small amount. I have used this product on both wet and dry hair and it tames my frizz and leaves me with soft, shiny, manageable hair. The bottle is going to last me a long time as a little goes a long way! I love the fact this hair oil and all products are EWG verified and clean products! I really wanted this oil to work for me. I have used it twice (once with styling my hair straight, once with allowing my hair to air dry). I have naturally fine, curly hair. The oil was much too heavy for my hair. It weighed down the curls and was not a good styling product for my hair type. My hair also appeared slightly greasy in the areas the oil was applied. I do not have greasy hair normally (only wash it 1-2x per week). I did not use much of the oil either, 2-3 drops was all. Really hoping to find another clean product that works for my hair type!

A little water and a little oil rubbed on my hands and them smoothed on my hair and I don’t need to use a conditioner. Also have used it on my dog for some scratches and bites and it works well with it’s anti bacteria and anti fungal properties.

However, please know that lemon essential oil may be toxic to dogs. The other essential oils are safe for dogs. We only use a small percentage of lemon oil (about .2%) but you may want to run it by your vet just to be sure.

I put just a dab in my hair after I washed it and it left it streaky and oily, so then I used it as a hair mask and left it on for a few hours and it was great! I highly recommend as a hair mask and not after wash defrizzer. Is that a word? Anyhoo, do what you want. It smells great and I love this company.

When I use it as a defrizzer (50+ dyed hair), I put about a nickel size amount in my palm and rub them together, then run my palms over the frizzy area. Just passing that along in case you had applied it in another manner.
