I’ve been looking to switch my family over to safer products when I stumbled upon this company. I struggle with horribly dry, cracked hands. It can be painful and the dryness bothers me during various tasks throughout the day. I love this cream. Other hand lotions I have tried either have to be applied constantly or the ingredients have me not wanting to use it. Not this. I love to put this on at night before going to bed and wake up with smoother hands. I love everything about this. The smell has taken a bit of getting used to for me, but it’s not bad! The hand cream is a thick shea butter blend. It is ok you will need to let it soak in before touching things as it is a bit greasy.

I suggest using much less if you are finding that it takes some time to absorb. You will need much less than a conventional hand cream as ours has a very high shea butter and oil content and a low water content. I absolutely love this hand cream!! I swear this is the only cream that helps my cracked hands, it’s sooo smoothing. It’s a little on the heavy side? so if you don’t like to feel greasy you may not like this product, but honestly it’s perfect for winter & really locking in that moisture. I do wish the jar was bigger because I use this cream on my face, not just my hands. I like to mix a little of the hand cream with Karen’s calendula cream & I swear my face is glowing!

I’ve been using Be Green for years now and for whatever reason never tried this hand cream. WOW!! I’m never going back! I have dry skin and thought it wouldn’t last but I was wrong! A little goes a long way. It is smooth, silky and no greasy. The product itself is lasting a long time. Her products are clean, non toxic and many EWG approved. Best on the market! This is now my go to for hand cream. I only wish there was a larger size, but that might be because I’m accustomed to other lotions in big containers that actually don’t last and certainly aren’t near the quality . My hands and feet usually get dry, but this winter they seem to be more dry than normal. This hand cream has helped a lot. My heels are still cracked, but don't feel as irritated as they did before. I'm probably going to try the herbal miracle balm for that, and continue using the hand cream for the rest of my feet as well. My hands feel so much better. As an automotive tech. I’m constantly washing my hands & arms, lots of dryness especially during winter season, I’ve used a lot of other commercial hand lotions & when you dig into the ingredients list you realize how harmful some of these ingredients can be in the long run, I’ve been clearing out my personal care products & using the EWG site for products references, I just got the BeGreen hand cream & have been using it also on my arms & elbows & it works great, I would definitely recommend

I had such high hopes for this cream. I like all the clean ingredients but I’m not a huge fan of the cream. It’s very greasy and it does have a smelly odor (even though it claims to be unscented).
Thank you for your feedback. Please use much less cream and it will absorb without feeling greasy. A pea-sized amount is all that is needed-much less than a conventional product. The smell is that of organic unrefined shea butter. We use this because it retains it's properties best when not heated or deodorized. The scent of unrefined shea butter is distinct! You can add 4 drops of the essential of your choosing to the cream. Use a clean knife or small spatula to blend. Hope that helps.
