Organic Shea Butter: Rich in vitamin E; softens, protects and nourishes. Our USDA certified organic shea butter is from West Africa and has a natural shea nut smell. It has not been deodorized by chemical solvents. A proprietary process has been applied to remove the naturally occurring latex.
Organic Cocoa Butter: Has emollient properties; leaves a fine lipid barrier on the skin to help prevent moisture loss; protects skin; high in saturated stearic and palmitic fatty acids; a soothing, moisturizing ingredient that helps reduce dryness and improves skin elasticity.

The hand cream is a thick shea butter blend. It is ok you will need to let it soak in before touching things as it is a bit greasy.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Hand Cream. I appreciate your feedback. It should not feel greasy after applying. I suggest using much less if you are finding that it takes some time to absorb. You will need much less than a conventional hand cream as ours has a very high shea butter and oil content and a low water content. I do hope that the extra hydration it provides helps keep your hands soft and moisturized.
I absolutely love this hand cream!! I swear this is the only cream that helps my cracked hands, it’s sooo smoothing. It’s a little on the heavy side? so if you don’t like to feel greasy you may not like this product, but honestly it’s perfect for winter & really locking in that moisture. I do wish the jar was bigger because I use this cream on my face, not just my hands. I like to mix a little of the hand cream with Karen’s calendula cream & I swear my face is glowing!

I really love this had cream. It goes on a bit greasy but absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling wonderful. Wish it came in larger containers 😉

I’ve been using Be Green for years now and for whatever reason never tried this hand cream. WOW!! I’m never going back! I have dry skin and thought it wouldn’t last but I was wrong! A little goes a long way. It is smooth, silky and no greasy. The product itself is lasting a long time. Her products are clean, non toxic and many EWG approved. Best on the market! This is now my go to for hand cream. I only wish there was a larger size, but that might be because I’m accustomed to other lotions in big containers that actually don’t last and certainly aren’t near the quality . I'm glad that this product is free of toxins. It seems a bit dry to me, so I add a drop of glycerin to the cream on my hands and rub both of them into my hands... it works well.
