Usage Tips:

• For best results, use with a foamer pump bottle for the refill size.  Any foamer-type bottle will work.
• Store in a dry place and use within 12 months of purchase.
• During colder winter months, the product may thicken slightly and clog the foamer.  We recommend running the top of the bottle under very warm/hot water and it should foam more effectively.  Storing in a warmer location (not on cold granite counter tops) will help.

Troubleshooting Tips for Foamer Pumps

• Use Regularly: To prevent the pump from sticking, use it frequently so soap doesn’t dry on the mesh screen and clog the pump.
• Air Chamber Maintenance: Keep the air chamber free of liquid. If it fills, remove the pump, turn it upside down, and pump out the liquid.
• Adjust the Tube: Ensure the small tube leading to the pump isn’t pushed too far in. Pull it out slightly to allow airflow for proper foam creation. Ensure the small ball above the tube has room to move.
• Flush the Pump: Clean the pump with white vinegar to clear clogs, but avoid soaking or submerging it. For regular maintenance, flush the pump with a warm water and white vinegar solution during each refill.
• Loosen the Lid: Avoid over-tightening the bottle lid, as this can cause suction issues. If you notice suction, loosen the lid and continue using.
• Cap & Water Contact: Protect the pump by keeping the cap on when not in use. 
• Leave Headspace When Refilling: Leave about 1 inch of space at the top of the bottle to prevent the air chamber from filling. If it does, remove the pump, turn it upside down, and pump out the excess product.
• Care for Colder Months: the product may thicken slightly and clog the foamer when exposed to cold temperatures and surfaces.  We recommend running the top of the closed bottle under very warm/hot water and it should foam more effectively.  Storing in a warmer location (not on cold granite counter tops) will help.
